Districts:

As a member of CNA, you are automatically assigned to a district based on your location in the state. Some districts have monthly meetings -- please visit the calendar to see all upcoming events and participate. If you don't see events for your district, please contact the CNA office to see how you can get involved in leading or organizing an event.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs):

  • SIG 30 - Colorado Society of Advanced Practice Nurses
    The CSAPN provides a forum by which nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurse midwives, and nurse anesthetists can enrich their professional practice. It also promotes the role of the advanced practice nurse. 
  • SIG 31 - Colorado Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses
    CAPPN was founded in 1978, by clinical specialists interested in fostering quality mental health services, promotes the individual's potential as well as the advancement of the practice of clinical specialists in psychiatric nursing. 
    • To become a member of SIG 31, you must meet the following criteria:

      • Licensure as an RN
      • Current membership to ANA/CNA
      • ANCC certification/eligibility as Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner
