Dear Stakeholders,
I'd like to remind you about the two public hearings taking place this week and invite you to attend in person or to join by teleconference/webinar to learn more about the Hospital Transformation Program (HTP) 1115 Demonstration application and provide comments.
In addition to the meetings taking place this week, we will be hosting a virtual public hearing via webinar on Tuesday, December 3 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. MST.
