2023 Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program

This program provides loan repayment to RNs and APRNs in exchange for a minimum of two-year full-time service commitment, at an eligible health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses or an eligible school of nursing. 

Applications are being accepted through Thursday, February 23 at 7:30 pm ET.

Application assistance webinars are scheduled for 1/26 at 2 pm and 2/15 at 2 pm.

Practice-based Health Education Grant Program: First Cohort Deadline January 31, 2023

The Primary Care Office at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity available through the Practice-based Health Education Grant Program (PBHE).
RFA #41324 is now open for applications.  Interested applicants can find more information about the PBHE program as well as access to the RFA document, all required application attachments, and guidance documents on the PBHE website.

 

RFA #41324 is being posted as an open RFA, which means there will be multiple opportunities to submit applications in response to this RFA throughout the RFA life cycle, with the first application cohort closing on January 31, 2023.

State Board of Nursing - Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on January 25, 2023

The Colorado Board of Nursing will hold a Permanent Rulemaking Hearing to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to provide testimony before the Board considers adopting proposed changes to Rules 1.14 and 1.15 to ensure the Board's rules are consistent with currently accepted professional standards.
